Orders and Returns

Once your order is placed and payment is made we will endeavour to despatch your goods in the fastest most secure way possible. Our dispatch facility operates Monday to Friday so weekend orders will not be dispatched until the following working week. All products are dispatched from our facility in Australia and are not drop shipped from overseas.

We use a variety of postage methods including Australia Post and  a variety of Courier Companies. Most of our couriers have online tracking. If you are having your goods delivered to an unmanned address, and the Courier Company deems it safe to leave goods, then goods will be left without a signature and will be marked as delivered.

Deliveries to business addresses are our preferred method, but we also deliver to residential addresses and PO Boxes.

We package all goods to travel safely, but unfortunately incidents will happen. If there is any visible damage to goods or packaging that you receive please make a note of this on the proof of delivery and inform us immediately with the tracking number. If goods need to be returned we will provide details for each return as it arises.

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee if you are not happy with your purchase. Goods returned to us must be in their original condition, original packaging and have all accessories included in the pack. Postage back to us is your responsibility. You must include your original receipt and a description of why you are returning the goods. Failure to comply with these instructions will result in your claim being rejected.

We offer a 12 month manufactures warranty for faulty products only. Damaged or misused items will not be eligible for a refund. Goods returned to us must be in their original condition, original packaging and have all accessories included in the pack. Postage back to us is your responsibility. You must include your original receipt and a description of why you are returning the goods. Failure to comply with these instructions will result in your claim being rejected.

If you have purchased an item from one of our stockists please return the item to the place you have purchased it from with your receipt. Each store may have different policies for returns and you are deemed by their individual policies.
